An awesome 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo located at Jacobs Landing in the heart of the Birch Bay. This ground level condo is just a walk outside the door to the water and has an unobstructed view of the Bay and the magical sunsets it's known for. It’s just steps to the beach where you and your family can enjoy clam digging, looking for sand dollars, beachcombing and playing on the tide flats or in the water. This condo has a complete renovation with everything updated: Granite countertops, stainless appliances, plank flooring, new furniture, new kitchen cabinets and much more. Tastefully decorated, you will find all you need for a few nights or several months. The kitchen is well-stocked right down to the rice cooker, crockpot, and Keurig coffee maker that froths for that perfect morning Latte. Also equipped with a new state of the art Air fryer for your enjoyment.
For the techie, there’s kitchen table wall plugs with USB A and C ports for easy charging of your devices. Find more USB ports on your bedside lamp, on the chair and couch in the living room and voice-controlled lights for easy on and off using your Alexa device in each room.
The patio has a propane grill should you decide to put some shrimp on the Barbie, and a fire pit to warm yourself after a day at the beach. Each bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic Queen sized bed for supreme comfort. While at Jacobs you have use of the indoor pool, hot tub, tennis and racquetball court.

Summary: We were looking for a place to stay for New Years Eve in Birch Bay - It had everything as advertised and a bit more - we did have some plumbing issues, but the host took care of that right away, which was awesome - would stay again

Summary: We just came for a quick overnight staycation but the condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable! The heated blankets were a bonus and pretty necessary with the 15 degree temps outside. I highly recommend this condo!

Summary: Everything inside was so clean and high quality. We did feel safe. Parking was a bit tight. A full length mirror in each bedroom would help. And maybe one by the exit.

Summary: We’ve stayed at Jacob’s Landing before but in a different unit. This one surpassed the other place. Updated, clean, ground floor, stocked kitchen, everything was in working order. Very comfortable beds!
